Using the app
RoosterReps is an alarm app operated by EverestAssembly LLC ("we", "us"). It asks you to complete exercises before the alarm stops. By using it you agree to these terms.
Exercise safety
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Do the reps only if you are able, in a safe space, and not while half asleep on a staircase or in the dark. Check with a doctor if you have health concerns. You can always stop an alarm without reps: hold the emergency dismiss on the ring or wake screen. Doing so breaks your streak.
Alarm reliability
We work hard to make alarms ring on time, but phone settings, battery optimization, device faults and operating-system changes can stop any alarm app from working. Do not rely on RoosterReps as your only alarm for anything critical, such as a flight or a medical appointment.
Subscriptions
Pro features are billed through Google Play and can be managed or cancelled in your Play account settings.
Challenges
Challenge links are created by users. Do not send abusive content in a challenge message. We are not responsible for what users send each other.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed alarms, injuries from exercise, or other losses arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
